Rate: $15/hr — ~3 hours per week (ongoing, remote) About the Role: We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Outreach & Campaign Manager to take ownership of our email and LinkedIn automation setup. This is a technical role focused on keeping campaigns healthy, accounts performing, and leads flowing to our sales team. Responsibilities: • Manage and monitor up to 50 sending accounts across Instantly and HeyReach. • Set up and launch 8 new campaigns per month (email + LinkedIn). • Perform A/B testing on subject lines, copy, and sending strategies. • Maintain domain health scores (warming, deliverability, inbox rotation). • Load and clean new leads from Clay and sync into campaigns. • Update and maintain the CRM/Google Sheets database. • Provide weekly reporting on campaign performance and lead outcomes. Requirements: • Proven experience with Instantly, HeyReach, and Clay. • Strong understanding of deliverability, campaign health, and inbox management. • Skilled in data cleaning and CRM/database management. • Comfortable with multi-account setups (10–50+). • Ability to work independently, manage schedules, and hit deadlines. Hours & Compensation: • ~3 hours per week ongoing (with potential to grow). • $15/hr USD, paid weekly.
