Design & Integrate Branded Email Letterhead + Signature into FastHosts Webmail Description: I am looking for a designer with experience creating branded email templates/signatures and embedding them into professional email platforms. I already have a basic design concept (letterhead layout and brand elements). I need someone to: Scope of Work 1. Refine and professionalise my existing letterhead design – Ensure it is clean, modern, and suitable for email use. – Optimise layout, spacing, brand colours, and overall presentation. 2. Convert the design into an HTML email letterhead – The letterhead must appear automatically in every new email sent from my FastHosts email account. – The template should be lightweight, mobile-responsive, and compatible with major email clients. 3. Create an HTML email signature – Must include logo, contact details, social icons (if needed), and brand styling. – Should be consistent with the letterhead design. 4.
