  • We’re looking for a strategic and result-oriented Outbound Strategy Director to lead the design, execution, and optimization of proactive outbound enterprise sales programs. In this role, you’ll develop targeted campaigns, segment key personas, and implement optimized outreach initiatives across diverse industries and customer segments. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with a wide range of teams to align strategies and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will leverage market insights and data-driven analysis to optimize outreach strategies, generate high-quality leads, and support business objectives across multiple industries and customer segments. Based out of London, UK, you will report into the Vice President, Enterprise Sales, EU.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop, define and execute the outbound enterprise sales strategy and objectives of prospecting campaigns in collaboration with the Sales, Customer and Marketing leaders across the region. Create comprehensive outbound plans and define effective outreach channels, tailored to multiple industries, verticals, and customer segments.
  • Oversee end to end planning and execution of campaigns (webinars, targeted emails, etc) designed to generate leads and nurture prospects.
  • Lead precise segmentation of target personas to ensure accurate audience definition and enable data-driven decision-making across campaigns and initiatives
  • Partner cross-functionally and drive strategic alignment across Product, Marketing and Data teams to implement, adapt and refine strategies that support key business objectives.
  • Provide direction for the development and positioning of targeted promotional materials and compelling messaging.
  • Leverage market research to identify trends and opportunities, growth levers,making strategic adjustments as needed to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives
  • Define, monitor and optimize key performance indicators for outbound activities across the region; analyze performance data to measure campaign effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide the sales team with timely insights, relevant content and data driven recommendations to enhance their outreach and nurture prospective customer engagement
  • Drive alignment and communication across marketing, sales, RevOps, and product teams by leading regular communication cadences and facilitating effective execution in a complex, matrixed environment
  • Monitor, track and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI using analytical tools and data-driven insights. Leverage these insights to identify growth opportunities and continuously refine outbound strategies
  • Perform other related duties as required

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Extensive experience with outbound sales or marketing experience, preferably in the technology (SaaS) industry
  • Proven ability to execute targeted outbound campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth. Strong strategic, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, adept at crafting tailored messaging for varied audiences and account tiers
  • Proven experience of planning, developing, implementing and leading successful strategic GTM motions and programs
