Summary We are a fast-growing social media agency that creates high-performing short-form content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) for businesses across multiple industries — from barbershops and cafés to car services, travel, and fashion. Our focus is 100% on organic growth strategies that lead to real engagement, visibility, and community building — without relying on paid ads. We’re looking for an Organic Content Strategist to research, plan, and deliver winning content strategies. You will provide creative, data-driven content ideas — backed with reasoning and examples — which our team will then turn into videos and posts. ⸻ What You’ll Do • Plan Organic Content Strategies • Research client niches, target audiences, and competitors. • Stay up to date with TikTok/Instagram/YouTube trends (hooks, sounds, hashtags). • Build weekly/monthly strategy plans with specific organic video ideas, captions, and posting schedules. • Explain why each idea works (trend relevance, psychology, engagement potential) and share examples. • Guide Creative Direction • Suggest organic content angles such as POVs, tutorials, transformations, storytelling, and challenges. • Recommend strong hooks, captions, and calls-to-action that drive engagement and retention. • Ensure ideas are clear and easy for our creative team to execute. • Analyze & Improve • Review organic content performance and highlight what’s working vs. what’s not. • Suggest adjustments to keep clients growing consistently. • Adapt organic strategies for different industries and audiences. ⸻ What We’re Looking For • Proven experience in organic content strategy or social media growth. • Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts algorithms. • Ability to spot and act on trending sounds, hooks, and formats daily. • Experience creating organic strategies across multiple niches (e.g., barbershops, cafés, car services, fashion, travel). • Creative thinker with a marketing mindset — focused on growth, not just content ideas. • Strong communication skills to deliver clear, actionable strategies. ⸻ What Success Looks Like • Each week/month, you deliver a strategy document with: • 5–10 specific organic video ideas • Hooks + captions • Example references (viral posts/trends) • Suggested posting schedule • Your strategies lead to measurable organic growth in reach, engagement, and followers for each client.
