Vibe are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Order Processing Assistant to support our invoicing function on a temporary basis. You'll play a key role in helping the team by completing orders accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing and completing customer orders as part of the invoicing function

• Ensuring accuracy of data entered into the system

• Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience using cloud-based software systems (desirable, but not essential)

• Good attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

• Ability to learn quickly and follow processes

• Reliable, organised, and able to work independently once trained

What's on offer:

• Full-time hours, Monday to Friday

• £13.50 per hour - weekly paid

• Immediate start available
