This lead advisory role is crucial in guiding the transition from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion, ensuring alignment with standard Oracle practices without extensive customisation. Day-to-day of the role: Provide expert oversight and guidance on service designs, particularly focusing on payroll and HCM modules within Oracle Fusion.Work closely with business stakeholders to finalise and support design decisions, ensuring they align with standard Oracle configurations.Engage in process modelling activities, supporting the team responsible for development.Collaborate with System Integrators (SI) post-contract to ensure correct system configuration and design implementation during the build phase. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong knowledge of Oracle Payroll systems, with a preference for Oracle Fusion experience (Oracle EBS experience is also acceptable).Experience in public sector payroll systems would be beneficial.
