Operations Team Leader - PMSavers Stead House DC Hours of work:Monday to Friday, 14.00 - 22.00Total Hours Per Week: 40 Join the fast-paced Superdrug / Savers Supply Chain team as a Team Leader at our Stead House Distribution Centre in Darlington. Youll play a key role in keeping stock moving to over 200 Savers stores, supporting your Shift Manager, and leading a team to deliver results with quality, accuracy and safety at the forefront. What youll do:Lead, motivate and develop your team to achieve daily targets and high performance.Own people management within your area, ensuring fair and consistent use of company policies.Take accountability for KPIs and communicate progress to the Shift Manager.Review processes to maximise efficiency and support continuous improvement.Work closely with Health & Safety to maintain safe systems of work.Provide clear shift handovers and daily updates.Deputise for the Shift Manager when needed and support ad hoc projects.
