Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as an Order Verification Specialist. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy of our order processing system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing incoming orders, verifying SKUs and UPCs, cross-referencing our internal product database, and ensuring vendor accuracy before approving each order for fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze incoming e-commerce orders to identify SKUs and UPCs
• Cross-check product details with internal database for accuracy
• Verify customer shipping addresses for completeness and accuracy
• Ensure the correct vendor is associated with each item based on product data
• Approve or flag orders for review based on accuracy and alignment
• Communicate discrepancies to internal teams for timely resolution
• Maintain accurate records of all verifications and approvals
• Assist with updating the product and vendor database as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with SKUs, UPCs, and product identifiers.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and basic data entry systems.
• Ability to follow defined processes and document work clearly.
• Comfortable working independently and managing time efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in order management, e-commerce, or inventory control.
• Understanding of supply chain and vendor management concepts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
