Job OverviewThe Ops Sup Sr. Supervisor is an intermediate management level position responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees in an effort to provide operations support services in coordination with the Operations - Core team. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of operations support services in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes. Responsibilities: Responsible for Oversight of Operational delivery of Tax Operations & ReportingEstablish effective Governance and ongoing oversight of KPI delivered by FRSS team in Mumbai that deliver US, FATCA & CRS Tax reporting processesResponsible for tracking Tax Operations performance and adhere to SLA in terms of accuracy and timelinesChange Control - Ensure all changes are adequately documented, communicated, training provided to the respective teams and change control is periodically validated for meeting the objective of change Responsible for continuous process reviews (and team adherence to process) and improvements in Tax Operations & Reporting, and strengthening control environmentWork closely with FRSS Tax team and Operations in CSIPL managing relationship through regular engagementLiaison with Corporate Tax lead in UK, internal / external auditors for any audits relating to these Operations FunctionsEnsure Compliance with Operational procedures and regulatory controls are adhered to at all timesEnsure Controls are in place for Tax Operations including appropriate MCA tests in place and results of te
