It’s a great opportunity to help shape our future and drive our main priority—providing Really Good repairs.What is a typical week as an Operations Support Manager (Repairs)?As Operations Support Manager you will be responsible for leading all support functions in the delivery of our repairs service to ensure the function is delivered to our customers in line with our statutory requirements and vision and values. As you may imagine, this isn’t always easy, and requires empathy, strong effective communication skills and bags of resilience, a typical week could look as:Plan and allocate daily repair jobs to operatives and subcontractors, ensuring efficient routes and skill matching.Check material stock levels and place orders with framework suppliers to avoid delays and maintain van stock compliance.Review subcontractor performance reports, address any quality or timeliness issues, and approve invoices.Schedule and monitor property surveys for complex repairs and voids, ensuring timely completion.Analyse weekly KPIs su
