We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented graduate to support our office-based operations, supply chain administration, e-commerce dispatch and customer service functions.This is a hands-on on-site role combining office administration, order fulfilment coordination, quality control and customer communication.Key ResponsibilitiesStock & Supply ChainMonitoring stock availability, shortages and replenishment requirementsForward stock planning and monthly supply chain forecastingPreparing operational performance and stock KPI reportsE-commerce Customer ServiceRespond to customer service queries professionally and efficientlyHandle order, delivery and return enquiriesProcess and manage customer returns in line with company proceduresOrder Fulfilment & Quality ControlDaily processing of e-commerce ordersSupport continuous improvement of fulfilment processes including quality controlWarehouse & Administrative SupportAssist with stock organisation and basic inventory controlProvide general administrative and operational support as requiredSkills & ExperienceEssentialEnthusiasm and passion to learn new skillsExcellent attention to detailStrong written communication and analytical skillsConfident using email, MS Excel and computer systemsHighly organised and able to multitask in a fast-paced environmentReliable, punctual and comfortable working independentlyWilling to work fully on-site in a mixed office / warehouse environmentComfortab
