We are currently recruiting for an Operations Supervisor to support and lead a high-performing logistics and warehouse team. This role is ideal for someone with strong operational knowledge, leadership skills, and a proactive mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesAllocate workloads and mentor team members to ensure smooth daily operationsSupport the Manager with staffing, scheduling, and operational planningEnsure department deadlines and KPIs are consistently metCoordinate closely with Warehouse, Drivers, Service Providers, and internal teamsSupervise export and import workflows, including e.tms consolidation processingReview operational reports, identify capacity constraints, and support contingency planningAssist with billing, vendor accounts payable, and operational documentationEscalate operational issues when requiredCompliance & CulturePromote compliance with company policies and trade regulationsAct as a role model for integrity, accountability, and company valuesSupport training, development, and engagement of the teamContribute to a positive, collaborative working environmentSystems & Process ImprovementUse and maintain proprietary operating systems and reportsSupport system enhancements and process improvementsMonitor shipment performance to ensure customer satisfactionKey SkillsProven leadership or supervisory experience in logistics or warehousingStrong organisational and communication skillsAnalytical mindset with good Excel skillsComfortable working independently and leading through changeFluent in EnglishKnowledge of global logistics operations and compliance is highly desirableWhat’s on Offer<
