In this role you will be responsible for researching, refining, and responding to various acquisition, operations, administrative, and programmatic taskers and data calls. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly grasp new concepts, manage multiple priorities, and consistently deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. What You'll Be Doing: Research, refine, and respond to various acquisition, operations, administrative, and programmatic suspense’s, taskers, and data calls, ensuring timely and accurate completion. Review, edit, and meticulously track all internal and external staff actions from initiation to conclusion, proactively identifying and resolving any roadblocks. Track and manage all annual mandatory U.S. Cyber Command (USCC) and Program Executive Office (PEO) training requirements for all assigned military, civilian, and contractor personnel assigned to PdM IW, ensuring full compliance. Develop, coordinate, and track to completion training events, VIP briefings, and other key events as required, ensuring seamless execution and impactful presentations. Prepare, coordinate, and brief weekly updates to the PM OCO leadership, capturing key notes, information, and actions, providing a clear and concise overview of ongoing operations. Prepare, edit, and update briefings and other documentation as required, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency. Output may go directly to Senior Executive Service (SES)/General Officer (GO) level review under tight time constraints, requiring meticulous attention to detail. Recommend and implement process improvements to internal operations and administrative procedures as needed, streamlining workflows and enhancing efficiency. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the PM OCO leadership team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing correspondence. Serve as a point of contact for J9 and PEO JCWA staff, facilitating effective communication and collaboration across teams and organizations. Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate. What Required Skills You'll Bring: Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or University. 3+ years related work experience broad general technical and business background Demonstrated experience in agile environments. Experience operating in PEOs or equivalent large-scale organizations. Excellent written and oral communications skills Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulation. Provide clear, accurate, and timely reporting to senior military leaders. Communicate across teams and various backgrounds including government PMs, financial managers, and technical teams at various levels. Strong communicator with the ability to synthesize complex information. Strong attention to detail. Ability to unify disparate teams, simplify complexity, and drive consistent processes. Comfortable influencing without direct authority. Calm under pressure, decisive operator who works holistically across portfolio with shown strategic judgement and strong, effective communicator.
