Job Title: Night Shift Operations Manager (Logistics / Sortation) Contract Type: Permanent Location: London Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 – dependent on experience The Opportunity A rapidly scaling logistics operation is seeking an experienced Night Shift Operations Manager to lead high-volume sortation activity within a time-critical environment. This role is ideally suited to candidates from large-scale, metrics-driven operations, particularly those with experience in environments such as e-commerce fulfilment, parcel sortation, or automated logistics. If you’ve previously operated as a Shift Manager or Area Manager within a highly structured, KPI-led operation, this role will strongly align with your background. The Role As Night Shift Operations Manager, you will take full responsibility for overnight operations, ensuring performance, safety, and service targets are consistently achieved. You’ll lead and develop frontline teams, use data to drive continuous improvement, and act as the senior operational decision-maker on shift.
