If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, we encourage you to apply and become part of our growing team.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Team LeadershipSupport the Business Unit Leader across operational projects, initiatives and all aspects of the business.Deputise for the Business Unit Leader in day-to-day business management and decision-making.Directly manage Department Managers, ensuring alignment, performance, and accountability.Drive process improvements across the business, identifying efficiencies and implementing best practice.Take ownership of customer onboarding, ensuring a seamless and high-quality client experience.Ensure regulatory and internal compliance across the business.Collaborate in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and operational plans.Foster and promote a positive, high-performance culture.Ensure financial controls are in place and adhered to.Strategic ContributionActively contribute to the strategic direction of the organisation.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform business decisions.Provide leadership in commercial decision-making, escalating key issues appropriately
