Step into a pivotal leadership role where you’ll be instrumental in scaling a fast-growing Official TikTok Shop Service Partner during our most critical growth phase. LIVE Legion empowers the next generation of top affiliates to build dominant brands and unparalleled revenue through the TikTok Shop LIVE ecosystem.

We are seeking a strategic and proactive Operations Manager to architect, optimize, and manage the core systems that drive our success. You will go beyond support and move into ownership, managing the entire SHOP LIVE affiliate lifecycle from affiliate search to LIVE stream execution, ensuring operational excellence, and directly impacting our affiliates' revenue and our agency's scalability. This role is the engine of our agency, with a clear pathway to senior leadership.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Systems & Process Management:

• Architect, document, and refine scalable operational processes for creator onboarding, lifecycle management, communication, and live stream coordination.
  
• Identify bottlenecks in creator workflows and implement effective solutions to improve efficiency and creator satisfaction.
  
• Create, manage and optimize our tech stack (e.g., Discord, Asana/Trello, Airtable, CRM) to support rapid agency growth.Analyze operational performance data to report on key metrics and drive strategic decisions.
  

2. TikTok E-Commerce Operations:

• Serve as the internal expert on the TikTok Shop platform, guiding creators and internal teams on best practices for product tagging, affiliate campaigns, voucher strategy, and data analysis.
  
• Develop and maintain a repository of e-commerce playbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for affiliates at various levels.
  
• Monitor affiliate performance dashboards, identify trends, and proactively provide strategic recommendations to optimize their sales strategy.
  
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to TikTok Shop onboarding, product linking, and payouts.
  

3. LIVE Stream Management & Operations:

• Own the LIVE stream operations calendar, coordinating schedules, promotional activities, and product seeding between creators and brands.
  
• Develop pre-stream checklists and run-of-show documents to ensure every live event is professionally executed.
  
• Provide real-time operational support during key live shopping events, troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating with moderators, and tracking performance metrics.
  
• Analyze post-stream data to gather insights on viewer engagement, conversion rates, and sales performance to continuously improve future streams.
  

4. Team & Community Leadership:

• Lead and moderate our Discord community, transforming it from a chat room into a high-value educational and collaborative hub for affiliates.
  
• Create affiliate links from our internal database daily and post on Discord for affiliates in search of higher commission
  
• Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the community and the internal team.
  

Requirements

• Must-Have:
  
• 3+ years of experience in operations management, project management, or a similar role where you built and scaled processes.
  
• Candidates must demonstrate stability in past roles, with a minimum of 6–12 months of consistent experience at a single company
  
• Deep, hands-on expertise with the TikTok Shop platform from an affiliate or agency perspective (including affiliate manager tools, analytics, LIVE studio, and LIVE Stream Desktop).
  
• Proven experience managing live stream operations (commercial, educational, or entertainment) with an understanding of the technical and logistical requirements for success.
  
• Superior organizational and systems-thinking skills, with proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp) and data analysis.
  
• Expert-level written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage key relationships and create clear SOPs.
  

• Highly Preferred:
  
• Experience with Discord community management at a strategic level.
  
• Proficiency in Canva for creating operational guides and promotional graphics.
  
• A passionate enthusiast for the affiliate economy, LIVE commerce, and e-commerce trends.
