Operations Manager Middleton M24 (near Oldham, Rochdale, Heywood, Shaw)Up to £45,000 including car allowance + benefitsMVP is partnering with a successful business to recruit an experienced Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end site operations at its distribution site at Middleton, You’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth, safe and efficient running of a warehousing and distribution operation - driving continuous improvement, process development, and coaching your team to deliver best-in-class service. This is a hands-on leadership role with real scope to shape performance, culture and customer experience on site.What you’ll be doing:Manage daily warehouse and transport operations, ensuring all KPIs and contractual commitments are achieved. Inspire, lead, and develop your team to consistently deliver operational excellence. Champion continuous improvement initiatives and drive cost efficiencies. Maintain full compliance with health & safety, HR, and quality standards. Contribute to strategic site goals and ensure delivery within budget parameters. Act as an ambassador for the company’s core values in all activities.
