They are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the strategy, performance, and daily running of their manufacturing, logistics, and stock operations. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll lead a team of 15+ and play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, quality, and safety across the business. Duties will include; Manage day-to-day production, logistics, and stock controlEnsure production schedules, quality standards, and H&S compliance are metLead continuous improvement initiatives using LEAN and best practice methodologiesOversee budgets, reporting, and resource planning in line with company targetsDevelop and implement SOPs, robust quality systems, and compliance processesMotivate, develop, and manage your team to achieve KPIs and business goals What you will need to succeed in this role; Proven leadership experience in manufacturing/production operationsStrong knowledge of H&S, quality systems, and LEAN methodologies (5S, CI, etc.)Background in metal or aluminium manufacturing desirableExcellent organisational, analytical, and people management skillsConfident communicator, able to drive performance and changeRelevant industry or production qualification (H&S and LEAN training desirable) If you're a proactive leader with a passion for operational excellence and team development, then please don't hesitate to apply today.
