The Gregson Community & Arts Centre is a community owned asset – one of the oldest in our city. We’re the beating heart of grassroots community activism and creativity in Lancaster with a clear mission ‘for people to be in the driving seat of their community events and cultural experiences.’

We’re succeeding in fulfilling our mission and our success means we need to increase our staff capacity. We are excited to advertise this brand new role which will help to develop the centre. This is a job for somebody hungry to make change in a community setting, someone that is community driven, prepared to be fully hands on and has awesome organisation skills.

There are set deliverables in terms of making our community building work effectively day in, day out but there’s plenty of scope to shape the future of the Gregson Community & Arts Centre as we strive to achieve our vision:
