We are currently recruiting for an Operations Executive to join a great organisation in Milton Keynes, initially for 6 months. You will be paid on an hourly basis equivalent of £30,000 - £35,000. Key Responsibilities: Main point of contact for all questions and queries on a day-to-day basisOrganisation of collaborative team meetings, forums, and engaging team conferencesFacilitate regular meetings with internal teamsHelp with diary management for the senior teamProviding line managers and colleagues with regular updates regarding team meetings and eventsManagement of the corporate travel contractMaintaining company systems as requiredProduce and collate briefing and project materials, as well as internal reports for team leads Experience and Key Attributes Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholdersDemonstrated problem-solving abilities with a focus on providing clear, effective solutionsExceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Robert Walters Operations Limited is an employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates
