This is a senior leadership role requiring strong strategic thinking, excellent people management, and deep operational expertise within the renewable energy, electrical, or construction sectors. Key Tasks / Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies to support company growth across installation and field service divisions.Field Operations Management: Oversee daily operations for installation teams, maintenance technicians, and subcontractors.Project Delivery & Quality Control: Ensure all installation and service projects meet technical standards, industry regulations, and internal quality expectations.Health, Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Champion a safety-first culture across all field operations and install teams.Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop field managers, project leaders, and operational support staff.Customer Experience & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with sales, engineering, and customer service teams to ensure seamless project delivery.Process Improvement & Technology: Identify opportunities for operational improvements, cost reduction, and workflow optimisation.
