Operations Coordinator - French speaking Salary: up to £31,500 Based in Cosham, Portsmouth Hybrid role: 3 days in office, 2 at home A global business consultancy is looking for a French-speaking Operations Coordinator to join their growing Operations team in Portsmouth. This role will involve predominantly providing logistical and administrative support to on their programs to ensure clients' projects are run smoothly. Duties Include: Schedule workshops and virtual group coaching sessionsCoordinate external facilitators and coaches, maintaining strong working relationshipsUpload, manage, and monitor programmes using internal digital systemsManage logistics for face-to-face workshops (IT equipment shipping, printed materials, visas, hotels)Support the finance team with invoicing, purchase orders, expenses, and credit controlCreate and support system reports and operational metricsAssist with translation and localisation requestsSet up and manage virtual sessions via Zoom and Microsoft TeamsProvide live session support: polls, breakout rooms, troubleshooting, documentation distributionSupport scheduling, training, and analytics for Operators across EuropeContribute to post-session debriefs and continuous improvement initiativesProvide high-quality support via telephone, email, and system helpdesksCollaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvementsMaintain accurate data within the company's ERP system Experience Required Strong administrative or coordination experienceHighly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent attenti
