This is an entry-to-mid level operations role supporting the day-to-day execution and organisation of the business. You’ll work closely with the founder, owning core operational processes while helping bring structure, visibility, and consistency to how the business runs.This role is suited to someone who is organised, proactive, and keen to grow into increased responsibility over time.You’ll work directly with the founder and gain exposure to how a growing ecommerce business is run.Your work will directly impact customer experience, stock availability, and operational performance.There is clear scope for increased responsibility as the business scales.Key ResponsibilitiesKeeping Operations Running SmoothlyYou will take ownership of the day-to-day operational flow of the business. This includes ensuring customer orders, supplier logistics, and work-in-progress are accurately tracked, issues are identified early, and nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll help maintain visibility over supplier payments and returns, supporting cashflow and customer experience.Inventory, Stock & Marketplace CoordinationYou will help maintain accurate stock and inventory records across all sales channels, with a particular focus on Amazon.
