Role Description Title: Operations Associate Location: UK Office Contract Type: Permanent Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated Operations Associate to join our dynamic team and support the daily operations that underpin our product offerings and overall business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for trade settlement, NAV and PCF calculations, data distribution, reconciliations, and index maintenance. This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, experience in financial operations (preferably within ETPs and a proactive, solution-focused mindset. Working Hours: Full-time | Standard hours 9am–6pm UK time, with occasional flexibility required to ensure timely delivery of key assignments.
