Log and progress issues in co-operation with colleagues in other areas of the company such as Red Bee IT Support. Collaborate closely with the BBC and Playout colleagues, and handle incoming queries politely and efficiently. Keep up with new projects and developments in technology, and assimilate new methodologies and workflows.
