Operational HR Business Partner Fontana California Logistics/Distribution Loom Talent are supporting a logistics/distribution organisation who are on a really impressive growth trajectory. They are a global organisation with sites across the US and are looking for a HR Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis in LA. You will work alongside another HR BP to support sites in Fontana with headcounts of upwards of c150 employees.  Provide day-to-day HR support to site leadership, including guidance on employee relations, absence management, performance issues, and HR policy application.  Partner closely with Operations and Shift Managers to ensure labour planning, staffing levels, and workforce deployment meet operational demands.  Coach key stake holders an HR best practise and processes.  Lead and support employee engagement initiatives, including communication forums, well-being activities, and feedback mechanisms to improve retention in a fast-paced, shift-based workforce.  Support delivery of HR projects and change initiatives, such as shift pattern changes, restructures, training programmes, and continuous improvement of HR processes across the site(s).
