I am looking for long-term help with proteomics data analysis (in R), including identifying DEPs and pathway enrichment terms in multiple datasets. I will also need tutoring sessions on how to best analyze the datasets, and advice on how to proceed with analysis. There will be more analyses than just DEPs and pathways, but these are just my starting points. The ideal fit for this work will have comprehensive genomic and proteomic data analysis experience, as my datasets are a bit challenging to work with.
