We are currently seeking an individual to join the team as Onboarding Relationship Manager, Executive & Leadership Talent Acquisition.This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless, high-touch onboarding experience for senior hires across the UK and Europe and the Americas , acting as the central point of contact for candidates and recruiters, the role will focus on enhancing communication, consistency and experience throughout the onboarding journey. Reporting to the Delivery and Onboarding Lead, the Onboarding Relationship Manager, Executive & Leadership Talent Acquisition will be responsible for partnering closely with our onboarding delivery teams, providing oversight, managing escalations and driving process improvement. The role also contributes to strategic initiatives that support senior leader integration. This role demands a strong focus on operational excellence including process improvement, compliance, and stakeholder management to ensure the highest levels of candidate and hiring manager experience.
