We’re looking for an experienced OKR specialist to help bring structure and accountability to our tech/startup. We already have our company OKRs defined, now we need someone to: Design a clear OKR framework (company → department → individual). Audit, clean up, and organize our ClickUp workspace. Set up dashboards and automations that make tracking goals simple and reliable. Provide a coaching session for our Project Manager while implementing the above, to ensure they can maintain and optimize the system moving forward. Your work will turn our existing OKRs into a well-structured, easy-to-manage ClickUp system that keeps the whole team aligned and accountable.
