Office Manager I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and rapidly expanding tech company that is seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager. This is a key operational role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced tech environment and enjoys keeping processes running efficiently across both admin and finance functions.The Role As the Office Manager, you will act as the central hub for the business—supporting leadership, coordinating daily operations, and managing essential administrative and financial tasks. Your role will be crucial in helping maintain smooth service delivery and ensuring the internal team and clients are consistently supported.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily office administration and ensure a professional working environmentManage calendars, scheduling, and internal communication for the leadership teamSupport HR functions including onboarding, documentation, and employee coordinationHandle supplier and vendor management, purchasing, and contract renewalsMaintain accurate records across systems, including licences, assets, and client detailsWork closely with service delivery teams to support documentation, reporting, and workflowManage basic finance and bookkeeping tasks, including:Raising and sending invoices using XeroReconciling payments and monitoring outstanding invoicesSupporting month-end processes and financial reportingCoordinating with the external accountant where requiredIdentify opportunities to streamline and improve internal processesAbout You:Previous experience as an Office Manager or Administrator (IT sector experience is a strong advantage not not necessary)Comfortable handling basic finance tasks and using XeroStrong organisational and multi
