- Portico are looking for an energetic and resilient Office Coordinator to join our team at the London offices of an American e-commerce company, and you could be just who we are looking for.
- The Office Coordinator will be the sole Portico representative based on this brand-new contract, overseeing the company’s day-to-day office needs in an extremely fast paced environment. The successful candidate will be the main point of contact for the company’s staff and their visitors, creating a friendly, yet professional atmosphere that exudes service excellence and positive energy.
- However, this is not your standard reception role! The Office Coordinator will have to be an excellent multi-tasker to stay on top of the plethora of duties and challenges they will be involved with on a daily basis. From managing office supplies and deliveries, to facilities issues, and everything in between. The Office Coordinator takes full accountability of their domain to ensure that the office environment, and the staff/visitor experience is best in class. Upkeep and organisation of common areas, managing food and beverage requests, coordinating the logistics for team co-working days and events, this role really does have it all!
- The successful candidate will need to balance these tasks alongside remaining a proud ambassador for both Portico and our client, building rapport and strong working relationships with anyone and everyone they encounter.
- Hours: 34 hours per week, shifts between 0830 – 1700, Mon-Thu
- Salary: £32,000 per annum.
- Qualifications
- The successful candidate will: -
- Have proven experience within a similar office management role.
- Be a self-starter, with high attention to detail, great organisation skills, and ability to delegate as appropriate.
- Have experience identifying and contracting with vendors and managing the relevant relationships
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Be a people person who enjoys hosting and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Be able to partner cross-functionally, influence, and connect with all business partners.
- Be interested in growing a career as an executive business partner
