What You’ll Do
- Manage general administrative duties: filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet visitors professionally
- Organise office supplies and handle inventory management
- Support scheduling by booking meetings and assisting with travel arrangements
- Assist different departments with ad hoc projects and tasks
- Keep the office environment tidy and welcoming
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Friendly, professional communication style
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience in office administration or reception is a plus, but not essential
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
