If so, we are currently looking for an Office and Events Manager to support administrative duties relating to internal and external events management at a global medical device company. Duties and Responsibilities: Management of purchase orders and invoicesCoordinate approval of expenses with procurement to ensure documentation in order for approvalsIdentifying cost-reduction opportunities, managing suppliers, improving quality, reviewing contracts and improving procurement processesSource and negotiate goods at reasonable prices, monitor inventory and purchase contract renewalLiaising with internal and external stakeholdersSchedules, organises and monitor events such as congresses and business conferences/meetingsArrange travel, hotel and transportation requirementsManage compliance documentation related to sales activities Managing internal and external events including coordination, administration and budgeting. Administration duties for the general managerNew starter onboarding related tasks Coordinate key projects as required by the General Manager. Role details: Job Title: Office and Events Manager Work Location: Maidenhead Contract Type: 12 months Start Date: ASAP Salary: from £32,000 per annum (with scope to increase dependant on experience) Hours: 9AM - 5PM (Mon - Fri) Person Specification: Strong experience within an Events administration / Events coordination.Ability to work in a fast paced commercial environmentStrong use of IT systems Efficient communicator both writ
