Typical Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the SIMS database with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process new student enrolments, attendance records, and leaver's data within SIMS.
- Generate reports for staff, governors, and external agencies as required.
- Assist with a wide range of general office administrative tasks, including answering phone calls and managing the school's email correspondence.
- Liaise with teaching staff, parents, and students on administrative matters.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Essential: A strong, demonstrable background in using SIMS.
- Excellent data entry and management skills with an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- An ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
