Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing exceptional support to both staff and clients. This role requires proficiency in clerical duties, data entry, and the use of office software, including Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Manage data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
  • Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Maintain an organised office environment by managing supplies and equipment inventory.
  • Provide administrative support to team members as required, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Handle correspondence and communication with clients in a courteous manner.
  • Support financial record-keeping by entering data as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel is essential.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
