Summary
We are seeking an experienced, highly organised, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team.
This role is crucial in supporting the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative coordination.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment and thrive in a role that goes beyond typical administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Provide essential administrative support to management, including handling correspondence and preparing documents
- Perform clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Answer phone calls, manage emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel, ensuring professional communication with visitors and clients.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems, organise documents, and ensure accuracy and accessibility of records.
- Review Purchase Order & Invoices to ensure they match with delivered goods and/or services.
- Perform data entry, including updating records and assisting with despatch records
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Assist with invoicing and bookkeeping tasks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Good communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information
- Positive, proactive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and assist with sales and purchase ledger duties when required
36hrs per week - Monday - Thursday 8am - 5:30pm
