A well-established and reputable distribution business in Blackburn is seeking a confident and capable Office and Accounts administrator to join their friendly team on a full time, permanent basis.Key Responsibilities: Processing sales orders accurately and efficientlyRaising invoices and supporting the sales functionCarrying out account reconciliationsManaging and processing customer and supplier rebatesMaintaining accurate financial and administrative recordsUsing Sage 50 for day-to-day accounts processingHandling general office administration dutiesProviding a high level of service to customers and colleaguesSupporting the wider team as required What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in an office-based roleStrong organisational skills and attention to detailStrong Sage 50 experience is Essential Excellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)A proactive attitude and willingness to learn Salary &Benefits: Up to £30,000 annual salary (DOE)Birthday off Christmas Close down Supportive team environmentFree on-site parkingOpportunities for development and progression This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and is looking to grow within a stable and supportive company.
