Who We Are Inflow Systems is an Odoo Silver Partner We deliver agile ERP implementations, reliable support, and long-term client relationships. Role Summary We are seeking an Odoo Support Specialist who can also help identify upsell and enhancement opportunities. You will be the first line of support for our clients, and help guide them toward upgrades, modules, or services that can add value. Key Responsibilities - Respond to client support tickets: diagnose issues, reproduce, and resolve or escalate. - Monitor system performance, logs, errors, and proactively spot issues. - Assist clients with enhancements: small customizations, configuration changes, module installs. - Provide training and documentation to clients. - Identify potential sales opportunities or enhancements in support engagements (e.g. recommending additional modules, integrations, upgrades). - Collaborate with sales/consulting team to scope enhancements or proposals. Must-Haves - Hands-on experience with Odoo (versions, modules, support/maintenance). - Good debugging / diagnosis ability (logs, database, errors). - Familiarity with Odoo custom modules, configuration, data import/export. - Good written communication (you’ll communicate with clients via tickets). - Ability to see where support interactions can lead to value-add enhancements (sales mindset). - Organized and able to handle multiple support queues, SLAs, and priorities. Bonus / Nice to Have - Experience in sales / pre-sales or help identifying upsell paths. - Prior contract / remote work experience. - Experience in integrating Odoo with external systems (APIs, webhooks).
