The role focuses on sea freight import and export operations, with the opportunity to develop skills in air and road freight.Key Duties:Manage sea freight import/export files end to endLiaise with customers, agents, and suppliersArrange customs clearance, documentation, and deliverySupport air and road freight bookingsEnsure accurate costing and invoicingMake outbound customer calls to support multi-modal growthWhat We’re Looking For:Minimum 2 years’ sea freight experienceKnowledge of customs proceduresStrong communication and organisational skillsCustomer-focused and detail-orientedAdditional Information:Competitive salarySupportive team environmentTraining and career developmentExposure to sea, air, and road freightEAP and attendance bonus after 6 months
