This is a key leadership role where you will be responsible for managing a team of dedicated staff and ensuring the highest standards of care and education for our youngest learners. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Nursery and 2-Year Room team effectively.Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS guidelines.Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.Monitor and support staff performance, providing guidance and development where needed.Build strong relationships with parents and carers, maintaining excellent communication.Uphold safeguarding and health & safety standards at all times. Requirements Proven experience as a Nursery Teacher in a busy setting.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent knowledge of EYFS and child development.Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.Commitment to the full maternity cover period (until 12th February 2026).Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 3 or above in Early Years Education).
