What You'll Do

Make a real difference in children's lives aged 0-5 by:

• Creating safe, stimulating environments where children thrive
• Supporting early childhood development through play and activities
• Providing nurturing care (feeding, nap routines, emotional support)
• Collaborating with permanent teams to maintain high-quality provision
• Bringing your unique skills and warmth to every setting you work in

Who We're Looking For

Essential:

• Right to work in the UK as self-employed
• Level 2, Level 3, qualification in Early Years Education or QTS (but experienced unqualified educators also welcome)
• Experience working with children in childcare settings
• Fluent English (additional languages welcomed!)
• Strong communication skills with children, families, and colleagues
• Passion for early childhood education

Desirable:

• Confident taking initiative and problem-solving
• Knowledge of EYFS and early childhood development
• Can drive to work in case of emergency
