This role is ideal for someone passionate about early childhood education and looking to make a significant impact in the developmental stages of young children. Day-to-day of the role: Plan and deliver engaging and educational activities that promote children’s learning and development.Monitor and record children’s progress, ensuring to adhere to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) standards.Provide a safe, nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their children’s development and daily activities.Maintain cleanliness and order in the classroom, ensuring a healthy environment.Collaborate with other team members to create a supportive and effective educational setting. Required Skills & Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Childcare or equivalent qualification.Previous experience in a nursery setting.Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.A genuine passion for working with young children.
