The nursery staff are made up of a close, supportive team, passionate about children's development and encourage self-development within the team. The environment has been carefully developed to inspire and motivate children to be independent and curious learners.We are looking for a qualified Level 3 Practitioner to join our team at our nursery in Hove, close to bus and train transport links. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and promoting children's early education and development, planning and providing effective care, teaching and learning that enables children to progress and prepare them for school, making accurate and productive use of assessment, developing effective and informed practice, safeguarding and promoting the health, safety and welfare of children, working in partnership with the key person, colleagues, parents and/or carers or other professionals.Key Responsibilities: To implement and promote the policies and the Staff Rules to ensure the ethos, implementation and legal requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage are met.To support children's development and their individual needs.To demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for childcare.To make accurate and productive use of assessment.To develop effective and informed practice.To safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children.To work in partnership with the key person, colleagues, parents and/or carers or other profe
