Nursery Practitioner – LE15
We are looking for a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our client’s wonderful nursery in LE15. The ideal candidate will have a background in childcare, a love for working with children, and the ability to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children aged 3 months - 5 years.


RESPONSIBILITIES
✦ Provide a safe and stimulating environment
✦ Plan and implement developmental activities
✦ Observe and track children’s progress
✦ Maintain hygiene and safety standards
✦ Work closely with parents and staff


REQUIREMENTS
✦ Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (Ofsted-approved)
✦ Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework
✦ Awareness of safeguarding and child protection policies
✦ Ability to plan and deliver age-appropriate activities for 3 months – 5 years
✦ Experience in observation and assessment of children’s development
✦ Knowledge of health, hygiene, and safety standards in early years settings
✦ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
