Divine Childcare Services LTD, Westhoughton, BoltonWe're seeking an experienced and passionate Early Years Practitioners with proven experience of at least 2 years. to join our team As a highly motivated and organised leader, you'll drive excellence in our nursery, leading a team with your expertise, creativity, and people skills.Role Purpose:- Support Nursery Manage for day-to-day, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and Ofsted expectations- Lead a team in a specific room/age group- Promote safety, security, and wellbeing for all- Act as Designated Safeguarding Person in the DSL's absence- Drive development through a rigorous action plan- Plan and implement activities for children- Support children's development and wellbeing- Communicate with parents and colleaguesRequirements:- A Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or higher).- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)- 2+ years' nursery experience (preferred)- 2+ years' childcare experience (preferred)- Excellent leadership, time management, and people skills- Passion for learning and team development- Paediatric First Aid certified- DBSWhat we offer:- Competitive salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum- Full-time position: 37.5 hours per week- Generous holiday package: 25 days per annum + bank holidays- Opportunities for growth and professional development- Supportive team environmentWorking Hours:- Monday to Friday, 7am - 6pm - Some flexibility required Apply now: Send your CV
