Job Title: Nursery PractitionerLocation: Just Little Kidz NurseriesReports to: Room Leader / Deputy Manager / Nursery ManagerHours: Full-time / Part-time (as required)Job PurposeTo provide high-quality care, education, and support to children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), ensuring a safe, nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.Nursery Practitioners at Just Little Kidz are expected to uphold the nursery’s ethos, safeguard children at all times, and work in partnership with parents, colleagues, and external professionals.Key ResponsibilitiesCare & EducationDeliver high-quality, age-appropriate learning experiences in line with the EYFS frameworkSupport children’s learning through play, exploration, and planned activitiesObserve, assess, and record children’s progress using agreed systemsComplete key person responsibilities for allocated childrenSupport children’s emotional wellbeing, behaviour, and social developmentPromote inclusion, equality, and diversity at all timesSafeguarding & WelfareSafeguard and promote the welfare of all children at all timesFollow all safeguarding, child protection, health and safety, and risk assessment policiesReport any safeguarding concerns immediately in line with nursery proceduresMaintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environmentSupport children with personal care routines including toileting, handwashing, and mealsHealth, Safety & Hygiene<l
