Nursery Teaching Assistant Tradewind Recruitment Teaching Agency is a leading education recruitment agency dedicated to supporting our educators every step of the way Tradewind are currently seeking a qualified and dedicated level 3 early years teaching assistant to join a Wigan Nursery school. The role is on a full-time basis 5 days a week starting as soon as possible, on a temp to perm basis. The role is working 40 hours a week with hourly pay rates for this position £14.00-£15.00 depending on experience. As an Early Years teaching assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the nursery teacher in creating a positive and stimulating learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, as well as a passion for working with young children. Key responsibilities of the role include: Supporting the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework Assisting with planning and delivering activities and lessons Building positive relationships with parents and carers Supporting children with their personal care needs Keeping records of children's progress and development Contributing to the smooth running of the nursery.
