Location: Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire
Pay Rate: Up to £15.50 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing
Provide high-quality care and support within a nursery setting
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote development
Assist with daily routines such as mealtimes, naps, and toileting
Work collaboratively with nursery teams to maintain a safe and nurturing environment
Keep accurate records of children’s progress and activities
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
What We’re Looking For
Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner and knowledge of best practice in childcare
Good understanding of child development and age-appropriate learning activities
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work across different nurseries
First Aid certification (desirable but not essential)
