Day-to-day of the role: Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe and educational environment for young children.Lead and inspire a team of early childhood educators to deliver high-quality care and educational programs.Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs that uphold the nursery's standards and regulatory requirements.Manage staff rosters, training, and development to ensure compliance and promote professional growth.Maintain strong relationships with parents, addressing any concerns and providing regular updates on their child’s development.Monitor and manage the nursery budget, resources, and inventory effectively.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular risk assessments. Required Skills & Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree.
