This role is perfect for a compassionate and skilled individual who is passionate about providing exceptional care and early childhood education. Day-to-day of the role: Provide nurturing and stimulating care to babies.Plan and implement developmental activities tailored to the needs of infants.Maintain daily communication with parents about their child's progress and needs.Ensure a safe and clean environment for babies to explore and learn. Required Skills & Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Childcare.Proven experience in an early years setting.Strong understanding of the EYFS and child development.Excellent communication skills.Ability to work as part of a team and foster a nurturing environment.
