You will be responsible for assisting the Manager in the day to day running of a new state of the art nursery:· Delivering an Early Years curriculum which incorporates Montessori, HighScope and EYFS;· Creating a warm and welcoming environment for parents and children;· Recruiting, developing and managing a team of up to 12 staff;· Selling the nursery to new parents including conducting viewings;· Responding to all enquiries, both intern
